APARTMENT RENTAL RATES & AVAILABILITY

Our apartment is available to let by the week or by the night (minimum 3 nights in low season and 4 nights in high season),

Rental prices are in EURO -that's approximately: £225 - £265 pw, and £39-40 per night (except Christmas/New Year - £290 pw)

Our change-over days are flexible, and we offer a 5% discount for 10 nights booked, and just €600 for 2 weeks in summer!

In low season, eg April or November, the hotel closes occasionally for refurbishment

LOCAL CHARGES

The 'End of Stay' apartment cleaning fee is €35. And Tourist Tax is €1.30 per adult, per day

You can save additional charges for bed-linen and towels if you bring your own

Otherwise, bed-linen (€9 per bed) and towels (€6 per person for set of 3, and a bath mat) can be provided by the hotel

These charges will be collected from you by the hotel Reception on arrival

TO MAKE YOUR BOOKING, OR ENQUIRY

When the dates and rates are agreed, we shall send you a Booking Form for you to use and return to us

Detailed arrival information will be sent to you with the Booking Confirmation

PAYMENT

A €100 deposit is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival

The Owners accept payment in Euro (€) - the currency of Austria, via PayPal

You should simply respond to our Invoice, sent to your email address, with easy instructions for a swift process

Alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer direct to the Owners' Austrian bank account,

or by cheque / transfer to the Owners' British bank account, in Pounds (£) at the equivilent rate at the time of booking
